YEREVAN, September 20 Minimum 9 people were detained during a spontaneous rally in the evening near the building of the Armenian government in Yerevan, a correspondent reports from the scene.
The detainees were not taken to the paddy wagons immediately, initially the security forces pulled them inside their cordon, but took them out from behind it and loaded them into the paddy wagon where -in an hour, around 23 hours Yerevan time (22 Moscow time). Some of them were handcuffed, and the special forces soldiers had to carry one man in their arms.
