Responding to a question from CNN that “some members of the families of the warring parties” reported that their relatives were deceived into swearing an oath to participate in the Northern Military District, promising money and Russian citizenship, Peskov noted that it is hardly possible to comment in response to the phrase “some family members.» “Here we need to say specifically who, when, to whom. Who promised what to whom, there should not be any general formulations here, because this is inappropriate,” Peskov emphasized.
