"Kommersant" writes about the verdict against three private contract soldiers who used violence against their commander during training at the training ground before being sent to a special operation.
According to the publication, the Novocherkassk garrison military court sentenced Astrakhan residents Ramil Bimagambetov, Zhanarbek and Dzhalmukhambetov and Genghis Khan Kaliev to 6, 5.5 and 5.5 years in a general regime colony. They were found guilty of “violent actions against a superior during the period of mobilization, armed conflict and combat operations.”
As Kommersant writes, the crime happened on June 1 at a training ground of the Ministry of Defense in the Rostov region. There, during a training session, the commander got into a verbal altercation with contract soldiers, then physical contact occurred. The publication says that “as a medical examination showed, the officer did not receive any serious injuries,” but the situation undermined “the authority of the commander in the eyes of his subordinates who were watching the brawl.”
According to the publication’s sources, not a single one Of the three convicted, he does not intend to serve his sentence — it is reported that they are going to immediately write petitions to replace the remaining part of the sentence with participation in the SVO.
