MOSCOW, Oct. 3 Russian President Vladimir Putin is not yet planning to visit North Korea, but the timing of a possible visit could be agreed upon during the October visit of Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to Pyongyang; the date of Putin’s trip to China will appear later, said presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
“»Putin while he is not going to North Korea, he has an invitation, he accepted it with gratitude, and the timing of a possible visit will be agreed upon through diplomatic channels, including, perhaps, this will be discussed during the October visit to Pyongyang by Foreign Minister Lavrov. We will orient you on China, this will happen soon enough,” Peskov told reporters.
