GENICHESK (Kherson region), October 7 The secretary of the United Russia branch in New Kakhovka, Vladimir Malov, died from wounds received when he was blown up car, reported the operational headquarters of the city administration.
“Vladimir Malov died at 14:40,” the statement says.
Senator from the Kherson region Igor Kastyukevich reported about the emergency on Saturday morning. He called it a terrorist attack against civilians.
The circumstances of the incident are being established.
