MOSCOW, Oct. 8 Chairman of the “Fair” party Russia — For the Truth» Sergei Mironov proposed developing a social rating system for officials in order to track how useful their activities are, he announced this in his Telegram channel.
““For us, I would propose to develop a social rating for officials — how useful their activities are for society and the state. If students take on such a task, it will be great!” — said Mironov.
The deputy emphasized that he doubts the advisability of introducing social monitoring systems in Russia for ordinary citizens, noting that a similar rating exists in China, but there it applies primarily to commercial enterprises.
«I would like to emphasize that in China there is no unified system of social ranking of the population. This is a myth propagated by Western and domestic media. Maybe one day our neighbors will come to this — there are both technological and mental prerequisites for this «In the end, within the framework of such a model, Chinese society has developed for more than one millennium. But this is definitely not for Russia,» Mironov wrote.
Earlier, Kommersant reported that RGSU confirmed the development of the experimental platform “We”, which will be able to create a social rating for Russians based on various parameters.
