A criminal case of treason was opened against the author of the telegram channel “Kalkhoz Madness” Felix Eliseev, who is in the Lipetsk pre-trial detention center-1 (Article 275 of the Criminal Code). OVD-Info writes about this with reference to a friend of the prisoner who received a letter from him.
What became the reason for the new case is unknown. “They brought up a new article against me — 275 (high treason). According to her, from 12 to 20 years, so I have to sit for a long time. Or maybe they’ll throw something else at me,” OVD-Info quotes a fragment from Eliseev’s letter.
Since the end of 2022, Eliseev has been in a pre-trial detention center — this preventive measure was chosen for him as part of the case for justifying terrorism (part 2 of the article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). The Lipchan resident himself reported that while he was under arrest, his health deteriorated, despite this he was not provided with medical care in the detention center.
The reason for the persecution of Eliseev was a publication in the Kalkhoz Madness channel, but its exact content is unknown. In April, information appeared about the second episode in the case against the Lipchan resident — due to a post dated April 1, 2022 with a comment about the shelling of Belgorod by the Ukrainian army. “And the Ukrainians are great, they fucked up the oil depot in Belgorod, it’s a pity not about Moscow. Beating the aggressor on its territory is good; the bombing of Berlin by Soviet aircraft in August 1941 immediately comes to mind,” the publication said.
As Eliseev’s relatives said, in addition to the channel “Kalkhoz Madness,” he also administrated the public page “She fell apart,” dedicated to the collapse of the USSR.
