Earlier, a video appeared on social networks in which a woman, introducing herself as the “head of the road department” Anna Kasina, insults a taxi driver, promising to “do all the negative things to make the road bad.” She stated that all police officers would now stop the driver because they were all “her friends.”
According to a representative of the Taganrog administration, the woman was an employee of the «Improvement» institution subordinate to the city administration, which operates highways and highways.
