MOSCOW, October 26. People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Babkina announced in an interview with the project «So to Say» the creation in Donbass of a branch of her theater and children's center «Russian Song».

"We are mastering, we are negotiating with them, I with them in close contact,” the singer explained the stage of agreements with the regional authorities. — We have a program "Moscow, Donbass, Russia". We have all this in the plan, we are just waiting for the go-ahead.”
According to her, cooperation with the region is expected to be long-term, but it is too early to talk about specific dates.

«It's all ahead. Now we want to make a big program with a big cycle, not for a year or two, but a big one,” Nadezhda Babkina clarified.
She told how she went to Donbass in those days when there were practically no conditions there yet for speeches, and faced the consequences of anti-Russian propaganda.

"On “that” side «brainwashed» thoroughly, I know this firsthand. Culture is the basis of the state; we need to work with the people,” the artist is convinced. “We are received so well there not because we are the best, but because we are like them, and they see it.”
Nadezhda Babkina actively supports the SVO and gives concerts in the Donbass and in front of the participants of the special operation.
