MOSCOW, October 26 Russian President Vladimir Putin approved the climate doctrine, the corresponding decree is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
“Approve the attached climate doctrine of the Russian Federation,” the document says. It is noted that the decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
