MOSCOW, Oct 30 A suspicious object found during excavation work near the Prospekt Mira metro station in north-east Moscow turned out to be an ordinary metal blank, a representative of the capital’s emergency services said .
It was previously reported that during excavation work at the address: Mira Avenue, building 41, building 2, an object similar to a shell from the Great Patriotic War was discovered. The location of the find was fenced off and sappers were called.
““Round metal blank,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
