MOSCOW, October 31 The Baltika company became not the property, but the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency, and this did not lead to a change in its structure, reported in Telegram- channel of the Ministry of Finance in response to the statement of the head of Carlsberg about the theft of business in Russia.

The press service of the ministry also recalled the April special decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin “On the temporary management of certain property,” which made it possible to establish temporary management of the property of states that illegally deprived or limited the property rights of Russian individuals and legal entities.
On Tuesday, Carlsberg Group released its third-quarter results, in which it announced plans to protect its assets related to the Baltika company. The holding's CEO, Jakob Aarup-Andersen, in turn, accused the Russian authorities of theft of business.
Baltika became part of the Carlsberg Group in 2008. Since July of this year, the company has been temporarily managed by the Federal Property Management Agency due to Western restrictions and the freezing of Russian assets in Europe. At the same time, the brewing company in Russia continues to produce beer, including international brands.
