MOSCOW, November 2 Sales of new passenger cars in the Russian Federation in October increased by 2% compared to last month, to 111.3 thousand units, reports the Ministry of Industry and Trade with reference to PPK data.
Statistics are not provided in annual terms. However, if we compare it with Autostat data (43.3 thousand cars were sold in October 2022), then sales of passenger cars in the country increased by 2.6 times.
At the same time, over the 10 months of this year, sales of new cars increased by 56%, exceeding 830 thousand units.
