MOSCOW, November 3. The official exchange rate of the yuan to the ruble, set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation since Saturday, decreased by 1.31 kopecks, to 12.6911 rubles, the dollar exchange rate — by 13.79 kopecks, to 93.0351 rubles, the euro exchange rate increased by 1.16 kopecks, to 99.0111 rubles, follows from data from the Bank of Russia.
