MOSCOW, Nov 9. Russia and Kazakhstan will make efforts to prevent the deployment of weapons in space and the use of force against space objects, according to a joint statement published on the Kremlin website.
«Make concerted efforts to prevent the deployment of weapons in space and the use or threat of force against space objects, and to promote the initiative of making a political commitment not to be the first to place weapons in space,» the statement said.
