ST. PETERSBURG, November 13. Police are looking for a man who threw a dummy grenade into the courtyard of a clinic in the Vyborg district of St. Petersburg, the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation reported on Telegram.
According to the department, the day before the emergency dispatcher reported to the Vyborg district police about an unknown man who threw a package over the fence of the clinic on Kustodiev Street, stating that there was a grenade inside.
The man ran away, and the police who arrived at the scene sent the package and its contents for examination.
“»According to the results of the examination, the grenade found in the package does not contain explosives and does not belong to the category of explosive devices. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being decided,” conclude the GUMVD for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, which is looking for the culprit of the incident.
