MOSCOW, November 21. A state of emergency has been introduced in the village of Kurkovichi, Starodubsky municipal district, Bryansk region, after shelling from Ukraine, the head of the district, Alexander Podolny, said on Tuesday.
On Monday, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported in his Telegram channel that after the Ukrainian shelling of the village of Kurkovichi, Starodub municipal district, there were no casualties, one residential building and outbuildings were partially damaged.

On Tuesday, information appeared on the Mash Telegram channel about the damage to a paramedic and midwifery station, a store and an agricultural enterprise after the shelling of Kurkovichi. The head of the district noted that, in addition to those listed by him, no damage to other buildings in the village of Kurkovichi was recorded. “No, only one house and outbuildings were damaged,” Podolny told the agency.
The interlocutor noted that emergency measures were established to compensate for property damage to victims, and a commission was appointed to assess the damage in the village.
“The commission has worked, acts have been drawn up on all these issues, documents are now being prepared in order to send them to the commission to the regional government. The owner will receive compensation for the restoration of all destroyed and dilapidated property,” the head of the district specified.
