MOSCOW, Nov 22 Head of the Central Election Commission Ella Pamfilova of Russia, commenting on her recent words about the “left scum” who are trying to disrupt the elections in the Russian Federation, said that she meant those who not only left the country for various reasons, but those who “crap” Russia from there.
Earlier, Pamfilova called some of those who left Russia scum, saying that they, earning “their pennies,” are working to discredit and disrupt the elections in the Russian Federation.

At the same time, the head of the Central Election Commission added that the commission is aware of the upcoming work on provocations and discrediting elections in the Russian Federation, and that “at the end of October a special meeting was held in Berlin and all representatives of our famous prisoner were invited there.”
