PERM, November 30 Perm deputy from “A Just Russia — For the Truth» Ilya Lisnyak was deprived of his powers ahead of schedule due to absenteeism from meetings and failure to declare part of his income, as follows from the broadcast of the plenary session.
On Thursday, the legislative assembly of the Perm Territory voted for the early termination of the powers of Ilya, a deputy of the regional parliament from «A Just Russia — For Truth» Lisnyak.
““The decision has been made,” said the chairman of the regional parliament Valery Sukhikh. The initiative was supported by 41 deputies, one voted against, and four abstained.
The basis for early termination of powers was a violation of the provisions of the law “On the status of a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory”: failure to provide information about part of the income and absence from several meetings without a good reason.
In his Telegram channel, Lisnyak indicated that he had been on a trip abroad since approximately the beginning of summer 2023. On Thursday, he published a post in which he congratulated himself “on liberation from a regalia that has long lost its meaning,” and also said that “he did not receive a salary as a deputy, worked on a voluntary basis and often spent personal funds to help those who applied.”
Lisnyak was born in 1991, was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Territory in 2021. Information about the people's choice is now contained in the database of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, he is wanted «under an article of the Criminal Code.»
