
MOSCOW, December 21 Two injured residents were taken to the hospital after the shelling of the village of Chausy, Pogarsky district, Bryansk region, they are receiving medical assistance, regional governor Alexander Bogomaz said in Telegram- channel.

"According to updated data, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at the village of Chausy, Pogarsky district. Two civilians were injured as a result of the shelling. They were taken to the hospital, they are receiving all the necessary medical care,” the governor wrote.
Bogomaz informed that as a result of the shelling, the animals of the agricultural enterprise’s herd were killed and injured, and a vehicle was also damaged. Operational and emergency services are working on the spot, he added.
On Thursday afternoon, Bogomaz reported shelling of the village of Sopychi, Pogarsky district, Bryansk region, in which a civilian was injured, doctors are providing assistance to him. The production premises were also damaged.
Pogarsky district is one of the six border districts of the Bryansk region, borders the Chernigov region of Ukraine and is periodically subject to shelling.
