MOSCOW, December 27 On January 10, the Nikulinsky Court of Moscow will consider the report on the Serbian musician Petar Martic, accused of promoting drugs, the court reported.
“The hearing of the case is scheduled for January 10,” the court said. Initially, the court was supposed to consider it on Wednesday, but the musician did not come to the hearing, which was postponed as a result.
Martich is charged with Part 2 of Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda of narcotic drugs by a foreign citizen). The sanction of this article provides for a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles and arrest for up to 15 days; in addition, the musician can be expelled from Russia.
Martich is the co-founder of the indie rock band «Pasosh», the pop group «Ozyora» and the DJ project «Jump Pussy». Born in Belgrade, lives in Russia.
