The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow arrested Ksenia Guseva for ten days, who was detained the day before at the Tverskoy Court after the verdict was announced for the defendants in the Mayakovsky case, reports RusNews.
Guseva was found guilty under the article of disobedience to a police officer (19.3 of the Administrative Code ). The same court sentenced SotaVision journalist Evgeniy Kurakin to 30 days of arrest under a protocol for repeated violation of the rules for holding rallies (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).

The Tverskoy district court sentenced the poets Artem Kamardin and Yegor Shtovba to 7 and 5.5 years in a general regime colony, respectively. They were found guilty of calls for activities directed against the security of the state and humiliation of members of the “armed formations of the LPR and DPR” (Part 3 of Article 280.4 of the Criminal Code and paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code) because of the verse that was called during the “Mayakov Readings” on Triumphal Square in Moscow.
