DONETSK, January 1 At 14.25 Ukrainian troops dropped an explosive object (HE) from a UAV on the Kievsky district of Donetsk, reports the DPR representative office in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to war crimes of Ukraine (JCCC).
«Shelling was recorded from the Air Force in the direction: 14:25 — Donetsk (Kiev region): a military personnel was dropped from a UAV,» the representative office reports in its Telegram channel.
In addition, the representative office reported that at 13.10 in Gorlovka (Nikitovsky district) three shells with a caliber of 155 millimeters were fired, at 13.25 in the same area of Gorlovka — three shells with a caliber of 155 millimeters, and at 14.25 in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk three shells with a caliber of 155 millimeters.
155 millimeters caliber artillery is used by NATO countries. The United States has supplied Ukraine with long-range howitzers M777 of 155 mm caliber; Ukrainian troops are actively using them to shell the cities of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. Also, the Ukrainian troops were supplied with German PzH 2000 self-propelled artillery mounts, Polish Krab self-propelled guns and French CAESAR self-propelled guns using shells of this caliber.
