In the video, a young man introduced himself as Denis Boban, stands against the background of the Russian flag between two unknown men in uniform with SMERSH stripes. Boban said that on January 2, he “by mistake, through thoughtlessness” filmed the work of air defense in Belgorod, and therefore asks for forgiveness from “the entire Russian Federation” and residents of the Belgorod region. “I fully admit my guilt in this, I am ready to bear full punishment for this,” he added at the end of the video.
