NIZHNY NOVGOROD, January 4 A pre-investigation check is being carried out in Chuvashia after an accident with a bus, which resulted in the death of two people, reports the regional investigative department of the RF IC.
At about 11 p.m. on January 3, at the 152nd kilometer of the Cheboksary-Surskoye highway in the Poretsky district of Chuvashia, the driver of a bus moving from Nizhny Novgorod to Tolyatti lost control and drove off the road. As a result, two people died and 10 more passengers received various injuries.
«Verification activities are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident; the necessary forensic examinations will be scheduled in the near future,» the regional Sustainable Investigation Department said in a statement.
