MOSCOW, January 6 An Aeroflot plane flying from Moscow to Volgograd landed at Samara airport due to unfavorable weather conditions at the destination airport, reports Privolzhskaya Transport prosecutor's office
«»The Kuibyshev Transport Prosecutor's Office monitors the observance of the rights of passengers of an aircraft flying from Moscow to Volgograd. According to preliminary data, on January 5, 2024, at about 22.11 (23.11 Moscow time), an aircraft was flying SU-1186 on the Moscow-Volgograd route ( Aeroflot airline) landed at Kurumoch airport due to unfavorable weather conditions at the destination airport,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement on its website.
Now the departure on the route is planned at 10.00 (11.00 Moscow time).
«There were 130 passengers and crew members on board. The airline accommodated 44 passengers in the hotel. The remaining passengers refused hotel accommodation. The Transport Prosecutor's Office monitors the observance of the rights of flight passengers while waiting for departure on the route, if there are grounds will take response measures,” the message adds.
