The court closed the consideration of the protocol on the suspension of the work of the Mutabor club

MOSCOW, January 10 The Lefortovo Court of Moscow closed the consideration of the protocol on violation of sanitary and epidemiological standards in the Mutabor club during the party of blogger Anastasia Ivleeva, the correspondent reports from the courtroom.
“The petition is granted,” Judge Anton Kargaltsev announced the decision.

The lawyer of the Mutabor club insisted on a closed review, since the case contains personal data and a diagnosis in the file of an infected patient. It was because of the presence of this person at the party that Rospotrebnadzor drew up a protocol against Art Center LLC under Article 6.6. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for catering), identifying his identity using a cash receipt for beer, which he paid for with his bank card.

Under this protocol, a legal entity faces either a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles, or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
A representative of Mutabor said the day before that the club has until January 20 to eliminate the violations, and appropriate measures are already underway.

At the end of December, a party organized by Ivleeva in the capital's Mutabor club, with a dress code requiring one to appear half-naked, caused a negative resonance in society. Ivleeva and a number of event participants were forced to make excuses. The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow registered a class action lawsuit against the blogger for 1 billion rubles in compensation for moral damage, the Lefortovo District Court fined Ivleeva 100 thousand rubles under Article 20.2.2 (organizing a mass presence of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

Rapper Vacío (Nikolai Vasiliev), who sported a sock on his genitals at a party, was first arrested for 15 days for petty hooliganism and fined 200 thousand rubles for LGBT* propaganda, and then arrested for another 10 days for disobeying a police officer. In addition, as reported by the Public Monitoring Commission (POC) of Moscow, Vasiliev told human rights activists that after his arrest he was taken to the military registration and enlistment office, where he was given a summons.
