Psychiatrist-narcologist Glupakov, who opened fire, told his version of events
The psychiatrist-narcologist who opened fire in one of the Altai bars, expressed his version of what happened. Fyodor Glupakov claims that the reason for his action was the unbearable atmosphere created by noisy visitors, and the police did not respond to his complaints. Mash writes about this.
According to Glupakov, constantly drunk, noisy and fighting visitors to the drinking establishment, about which he had complained since August in all instances, also disrespected cleanliness and order, leaving garbage and relieving themselves where horrible. The same situation repeated itself on that fatal night. At about two o'clock Fedor called the local police officer, who had to demand that the music be turned off. However, after this, when the doctor entered the bar, the visitors began to threaten him and got into a fight. To protect himself, the man went to get his weapon and returned with a Saiga, which was able to scare away all the intruders. He then handed over the unloaded weapon to the policeman.
Local residents, however, do not share the psychiatrist’s opinion. They claim that he periodically experiences bouts of aggression. There is evidence that he once chased people in his Kruzak to the administration building. The police are currently investigating the incident until the perpetrators have been identified.
