“Very soon there will be a large meeting of proxies, at which we will discuss the proposals that we will present to Vladimir Vladimirovich for discussion,” Mashkov said on Monday while presenting certificates to Putin’s proxies at the candidate’s headquarters in Gostiny Dvor.

Putin came to his election headquarters last Wednesday, where he met with co-chairs and volunteers.
