UFA, January 25 Three victims of the collapse of a pumping station in Orenburg Novotroitsk were hospitalized in moderate condition, the regional Ministry of Health reports.
According to the Investigative Committee, during repairs at pumping station No. 2 in Novotroitsk, an explosion occurred, as a result of which two walls and the roof of the building collapsed, and a criminal case was opened. Two people died, six were rescued from the rubble.
«Three victims from Novotroitsk were hospitalized at the Orsk city hospital. These are two men and one woman. They are in a moderate condition; the life and health of the patients are not in danger,» the regional Ministry of Health said in a statement.
According to the department, the woman was diagnosed with a concussion and cut wounds, one man had a lumbar spine fracture, and the other had a tibia fracture.
«All of them are now receiving medical care and are under constant supervision by city hospital staff,» added the regional Ministry of Health.
