MOSCOW, February 7 The Basmanny court arrested the head of one of the departments of the Federal Tax Service No. 30 in Moscow for accepting a bribe, the court reported Wednesday.
“»By a court decision, a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen against the head of the department of registration and accounting of taxpayers of the Federal Tax Service No. 30 for the city of Moscow, Yulia Yuryevna Laktyukhina,» the court said. The arrest period is set until March 15.
According to the court, she is charged with Part 5 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (receiving a bribe on a large scale). The amount of the bribe and the plot of the case are not specified, but, judging by the qualifications, we are talking about an amount between 150 thousand and 1 million rubles.
