VOLGOGRAD, February 11 Two employees of the Russian Guard are in of moderate severity, another — in severe after an explosion in a house in Elista, said the head of the Ministry of Health of Kalmykia Bulat Saraev in the Telegram channel.
“The condition of two victims on Rodnikovaya Street (in Elista – ed.) is assessed as moderate, one victim is now in serious, stable condition,” Saraev said.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee reported that a man registered at a psychoneurological dispensary blew up an unknown device in a center for psychological assistance in Elista, having quarreled with a specialist at the center. As a result of the explosion, according to investigators, the man died, and an employee of the center and his relative were injured. According to the regional Ministry of Health, the victims were taken to the republican hospital, two are in intensive care, there is no threat to life. Later, the mayor of the city, Shafran Tepshinov, announced the opening of a temporary accommodation center for residents of the apartment building in which the center is located.
Then the regional GSUSK reported that three employees of the Russian Guard were injured due to an explosion in the house on Rodnikovaya Street, where the man lived, and they were taken to a medical facility. As a result, another case was opened about an attempt on the life of a law enforcement officer.
