The human rights project OVD-Info reports that today 38 people were detained at rallies in memory of Navalny, and six people were detained at anti-war rallies. A total of 49 people were detained.
Four more were detained at a rally of the wives of the mobilized, one person was detained because of a picket against torture in prisons.
“The largest number of arrests — thirteen — were in Moscow, Yekaterinburg was in second place with ten detainees, the third was Ufa, five people were detained there,” notes the project.
