MOSCOW, March 2. The Ukrainian Armed Forces, due to exhaustion, have lost the opportunity to conduct combined arms combat at the front, writes National Review.
“»The Ukrainian army today has become very thin and weakened. <…> The Armed Forces of Ukraine have not mastered the methods of conducting combined arms combat , and then abandoned them altogether,” the article says.
As noted in the publication, some countries that supplied Kiev with weapons will no longer repeat supplies, and the United States, after the Eastern European conflict, will need many years to replenish its own artillery reserves and shells.
Previously, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky also announced a shell famine in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, Kyiv will begin to retreat if the United States and the European Union do not resume arms supplies in the required volumes.
Western media are increasingly writing that Washington and Brussels have begun to get tired of the Ukrainian conflict, and support for the Zelensky regime is weakening. According to NBC, American and European officials are already discussing with Kiev the possible consequences of peace talks with Russia, including the general outlines of what Ukraine may have to give up to reach an agreement.
