Detained members of the RDK planned to send poisoned food to the Hispaniola volunteers
Members of the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK, a terrorist organization banned in Russia) detained in St. Petersburg on March 14 were planning to send poisoned food to the Hispaniola volunteers.
As reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the case materials, two of those arrested admitted their involvement.
Recall that the Russian FSB closed down a cell of the banned terrorist organization RDK. Security forces detained four right-wing Russians who, on instructions from Ukrainian intelligence, were supposed to send a humanitarian cargo poisoned with a highly toxic substance to the Northern Military District zone. In addition to the military, according to the department, it was also intended for residents of new territories of the Russian Federation.
The men also collected information about critical infrastructure facilities for further planning of terrorist attacks.
Criminal cases have been opened against them under the article “Participation in the activities of a terrorist organization.”
