This week, CIA Director Robert Burns said that without additional military assistance from the United States, Ukraine will be forced to agree to peace negotiations on Moscow's terms within a year. In his opinion, the lack of American support will result in further retreat and loss of territory for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
