MOSCOW, March 18 Russian presidential candidate , head of the State Duma Committee for the Development of the Far East and Arctic Nikolai Kharitonov congratulated Vladimir Putin at the meeting, noting that the Communist Party of the Russian Federation recognizes his victory in the presidential elections.
“Let me congratulate you, we recognize the victory,” he said at a meeting of candidates for the presidency of the Russian Federation with Putin. Kharitonov added that the entire “sane” world community understands that Russia is headed by a reliable person.
He said that at his meetings with voters the “housing issue” was raised.
