Military expert Leonkov: FAB-3000 will be used for assaults on especially fortified areas
Military expert Alexey Leonkov said that the three-ton high-explosive bomb FAB-3000, which is mass-produced in Russia, has a very destructive by force.
He clarified that the FAB-3000 can be used for assaults on especially fortified areas, for example, the Azovstal plant, which is located in Mariupol. Among other things, if you modernize this bomb, then new technologies will turn it into practically a high-precision weapon.
“In the special operation zone, FAB-300 was used during the assault on Azovstal.” We made these shells from stocks made during the Soviet Union. Their production has not been resumed. However, the SVO showed that these shells are needed when storming especially fortified areas of the enemy,” Leonkov noted.
