MOSCOW, March 24. Judging by the video distributed by the RF Investigative Committee, those detained on suspicion of the terrorist attack in Crocus were brought for investigative actions to the building of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee in Tekhnichesky Lane in Moscow.
The Investigative Committee noted that when the suspects were detained In the Bryansk region, a Makarov pistol and a magazine from a Kalashnikov assault rifle were found and seized in a Renault car. Expertise has been ordered on the seized weapons.

The shooting and fire occurred on the evening of March 22 before a concert in Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow. A correspondent who witnessed the incident reported that several men in camouflage and without masks burst into the hall, they shot people at point-blank range and threw incendiary bombs.
According to the latest data from the Investigative Committee, 137 people died. The editor-in-chief of the Rossiya Segodnya media group and the RT television channel, Margarita Simonyan, reported that the number of victims had risen to 143. Russian President Vladimir Putin declared March 24 a day of national mourning.
Putin noted that all four perpetrators of the terrorist attack were found and detained — they tried to escape and were moving towards Ukraine, where a “window” was prepared for them on the Ukrainian side to cross the border. The President said that a total of 11 people were detained, and security forces are working to uncover the entire base of terrorists. The Ministry of Internal Affairs later denied information that the detainees were citizens of the Russian Federation, noting that they were all foreign citizens. According to the FSB, the weapons used by the terrorists were prepared in advance in a cache.
Putin said that Russia was faced not just with a carefully cynically planned terrorist attack, but with a prepared and organized mass murder of civilians. The President emphasized that all the perpetrators, organizers and customers of this crime will suffer fair and inevitable punishment.
