MOSCOW, March 28 The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation is decomposing plans for an annual increase in exports to achieve the target set by President Vladimir Putin, said the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev.
“»Our federal project (for the export of agricultural products — ed.) has been approved for extension until 2030. We are currently decomposing plans for an annual increase in exports to achieve the target set by the president,» Patrushev said during the final collegium of Rosselkhoznadzor.
He noted that Rosselkhoznadzor will also have new instructions in this regard.
The head of the federal center «Agroexport» under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Krasnov, reported this week that in accordance with the President's message to the Federal Assembly, the export of agricultural products by 2030 should increase one and a half times in relation to 2021, which means an increase to $55.2 billion.
At the end of 2022, Russia exported agricultural products worth 41.6 billion dollars, in 2023, according to the Federal Customs Service of Russia — no less than 43.5 billion dollars.
