TORZHOK (Tver region), March 27 Russia does not have unfriendly countries, there are unfriendly elites of these countries, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
““There are many achievements, even those countries that we call unfriendly today. Although we don’t have unfriendly countries, we have unfriendly elites in these countries,” Putin said at the meeting with cultural workers of the Tver region.
The President of the Russian Federation noted that there are many good things in European culture, but there are also many problems in the life of these countries today. He added that Russia has a unique opportunity to look at what is happening in European countries and post-industrial society and respond to it in a timely manner.
