TORZHOK (Tver region), March 27 Culture at turning points and tragic moments for the country gives strength to both the people and each individual, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with cultural workers of the Tver region.
The head of state noted that culture creates the “spiritual framework of the people”, supports identity and plays an important role in turning points and tragic moments, giving the people and each individual strength.
Putin thanked cultural workers, noting that their work creates the moral basis for the existence of the people.
