MOSCOW, April 3 Increase in the number of people wanting to go to serve under a contract indicates the mobilization of society around Russian President Vladimir Putin, press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“This is further evidence of the high degree of internal mobilization of our society and consolidation around President Putin and around the tasks that stand within the framework of the Northern Military District,” Peskov said.
