The Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested a native of Tajikistan, Sharipzoda Muhammad Zoir, in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus (clause “b” of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code), the court’s press service reports.

Before this, ten people were arrested: these are the four alleged perpetrators of the terrorist attack and people who, according to the FSB, rented them housing or provided them with cars. One of them was arrested for sending money.
The terrorist attack in the concert hall occurred on March 22 before the performance of the Picnic group; masked terrorists shot at people, resulting in the death of 144 people. The first suspects were detained the next morning.
The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack, but Russian authorities regularly insist on Ukraine’s responsibility: in particular, President Vladimir Putin argued that Russia “cannot be the target of terrorist attacks by Islamic fundamentalists.»
