MOSCOW, April 9 Russian President Vladimir Putin replaced the plenipotentiary representative of the Russian Federation under the CSTO: Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Viktor Vasiliev was appointed instead of Mikael Agasandyan, the relevant decrees are posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
«Appoint Ambassador at Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Viktor Lvovich Vasiliev as permanent and plenipotentiary representative of the Russian Federation to the Organization Collective Security Treaty,» the document says.
By another decree, Putin relieved Mikael Agasandyan of these duties.
Both decrees come into effect from the day they are signed, April 9.
