UFA, April 12 Deputies of the Orenburg Legislative Assembly have established the possibility of redistributing all possible reserves in the region’s budget to the emergency item, the regional parliament reports in its Telegram channel.
Earlier it was reported that 10 billion rubles were allocated from the reserve fund of the regional budget in the Orenburg region to eliminate the consequences of the abnormal flood. 
“At an extraordinary meeting, we established the possibility of redistributing all possible reserves in the regional budget to the item “emergencies.” In addition, it became possible to use the free balance of funds in the regional budget, which existed at the beginning of the year, for the implementation of measures to eliminate emergencies and their consequences. Decisions on the regional “government” will promptly decide on the needs and areas of assistance,” the speaker of the Orenburg parliament Sergei Grachev is quoted as saying.
According to him, the funds will be used, among other things, for social payments and financial support for municipalities caught in the disaster zone.
“In the future, the federal budget will compensate for these costs,” explained Grachev.
