MOSCOW, April 19 Air raid alert declared in Kyiv and Kievskaya region, as well as in 14 regions in the north, west and center of Ukraine, according to data from the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation.
According to the resource, at 21.50 Moscow time the alarm was declared in Kyiv, after which within a few minutes it spread to Kyiv region, as well as Volyn, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnitsky, Rivne, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Cherkassy, Kirovograd, Chernihiv, Poltava, Sumy, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov regions of the country.
The Russian Armed Forces began striking the Ukrainian infrastructure on October 10 2022 — two days after the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge, which, according to the Russian authorities, is behind the Ukrainian special services. Strikes are being carried out against energy, defense industry, military command and communications facilities throughout the country. Since then, air raid alerts have been announced every day in Ukrainian regions, sometimes throughout the country. At the same time, the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov stated that Russian troops in battles with the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not attack residential buildings and social infrastructure.
