
MOSCOW, April 20 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to ensure increased availability of loans for agricultural producers, primarily in new regions, according to the list instructions published on the Kremlin website.
«To the Government of the Russian Federation together with the Bank of Russia: to ensure increased availability of loans for agricultural producers, primarily operating in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, Lugansk People's Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, including reduction of requirements for them when providing loans, as well as the possibility of using guarantee support and surety mechanisms,” the message says.
The deadline for fulfilling the order is July 1. Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin and Chairman of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina were appointed responsible.
