The prosecutor's office will establish the circumstances and causes of the incident, and will also evaluate the fulfillment of the requirements of federal legislation and the actions of officials responsible for the maintenance of the territories, the department noted.
After the incident, the Moscow Region Investigative Committee opened a case for negligence leading to injury to a child (Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
