
MOSCOW, 24 Apr .The Moscow Arbitration Court, at the request of Roszdravnadzor, suspended the activities of the IQ Plastique clinic, where the famous plastic surgeon Timur Khaidarov worked, a correspondent reports from the courtroom.
“To impose <…> an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative suspension of activities for a period of 90 days,” judge Olga Sizova announced the operative part of the decision. 
The clinic was brought to justice under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses “Carrying out business activities in gross violation of the requirements and conditions provided for by a special permit (license).”
In February, a 36-year-old patient was operated on at IQ Plastique. The next day after discharge, the man felt unwell and returned to the clinic, where he underwent another operation. But the patient's condition worsened again and he was hospitalized in another hospital, where he fell into a coma and died. The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case regarding the provision of unsafe services.
